Quite Spectacular

The views outside the rooms we had were amazing and it was very close to the very nice places within the city and was very easy to leave and had no problems whatsoever.

Just how high we had to walk up - occasionally the lift didn't work and it was a bit annoying to walk but the views were amazing.

Very cleaned and air conditioned room Close to metro station Fridge in room is very helpful. 1906 Year built elevator. Georgeus. Staff is very friendly You can leave luggage in reception while checking out and pick it up while leaving Rome.

I was totally satisfied of this accommodation. Location is very good because it's located close to metro. The room had all necessary stuff for comfortable night. Bathroom was also nice.

It was hard to understand what to do, because without any call I didn't understand how to get my room, because there weren't any stuff (maybe such politic, minimum contacts with guests) but I faced it the first time and thanks God I travelled with my friend from Italy, she knew everything.

Clean, quiet room. Decent location.

Room was clean. We had 2 separate rooms and they were very close to each other. Staff was helpful.

It was difficult to find. It was in an office building with a locked front door. It took us a while to figure out how to access the location.

The room is on 3rd Floor and the elevator was hit or miss. On day of checkout it was nit working so had to take luggage down 4 flights of steps. Took well over 30 minutes

You knew you were in Italy. big door from street into beautiful building with marble columns and a great wood panelled old fashioned lift. lovely airy room with great views. easy access to tube and many really excellent local bars and restaurants.

Great Location, Comfortable, But Access Can Be Challenging

I really liked that this apartment is steps from the "San Giovanni" metro stop. This made travel into the city walls of Rome convenient. You can easily access the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Spanish Steps right off the metro. I loved that the apartment was very close to the Scala Santa Church (a location we wanted to visit), steps from an excellent little pizza shop that served good Suppli, and steps from the best Gelato we had while in Rome or Greece. The room was spacious. The bed was very, very comfortable. The shower was the largest I used over 18 days of travel in Greece and Italy. Access to the room, once understood, was easy and felt very safe and secure. There was a decent sized elevator that allowed us to easily transport our luggage to the third floor. The room had plenty of storage. The staff I encountered did try to help us with taxi arrangements and anything we needed.

Three issues: Finding the apartment was not easy. Once you locate the building, you need the code or key to enter the building, which you don't have. Thankfully, I walked in behind someone who happened to be entering the building. I wondered around until I found someone who spoke English who told me to go up five flights to the Serventi office. Once I located the office, I knocked and someone who didn't speak English answered the door. After some charades I was taken to the apartments a floor below and an English speaking employee helped me. I am honestly not sure how I would have entered the building if someone hadn't been entering at the time we arrived. I think this process needs to be more clear. The second issue I had with the room was the temperature. In April, the thermostat is apparently locked, preventing tenants from making the room cooler. The explanation I was given was that it's not summer, it's still cool. The implication was that we could open the windows. This allowed Mosquitoes to enter the room and bite us in our sleep. The Mosquitoes greeted us in the morning as they perched on the walls of the room. I have two large welts from bites. So, if the policy is that A/C cannot be utilized in the month of April, then screens need to be placed on the windows so that they can be opened without allowing Mosquitoes into the room. I felt that we should have been allowed to cool the room down to our liking. My sleeping preference should be accommodated. Thirdly, we arrived one evening after 11:30 pm ready to shower and go to sleep. To our surprise, all of our towels had been taken and no new towels were provided. We had one hand towel. When I contacted our English speaking contact via WhatsApp, they apologized and told us there is nothing they could do for me as it was too late in the evening.

Welcome to the largest outdoor museum

Excellent location. Nice and attentive staff, always present to help you. Impeccable cleanliness. You find all the necessary information in the room. Where to buy tickets, what to visit, etc. Metro station at the exit of the building...the metro line that passes through there, goes to all major tourist points. Excellent pizza at the corner of the building...next door is Burger King, if you can ever get tired of pizza :)

Room was beautiful, comfortable, just above metro station and close to coffee shops for a cup of morning coffee before starting the day

It was hard to find them from the street because there was no sign, we eventually found it by checking names on the doorbells.
